You agree to keep this information current. PHCAH is not liable for losses arising from outdated account information, including failure to receive important communications or payout processing delays due to incorrect payment details.
PHCAH accounts for players in the Philippines are denominated in Philippine pesos (PHP). All deposits, balances, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are processed and displayed in PHP. PHCAH does not apply a credit or coin system — your balance reflects actual PHP amounts at all times.
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PHCAH account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account access with any other person for any reason.
PHCAH will treat any activity that occurs under your login credentials as activity authorised by you. PHCAH accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers (BDO, BPI, UnionBank and other participating institutions), Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit is ₱100 for most e-wallet methods and ₱300 for card payments. Deposits are credited to your PHCAH wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.
You may only fund your PHCAH account with payment methods that are registered in your own name. Depositing on behalf of another player, or accepting deposits from a third party into your account, is prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds. PHCAH may require proof of ownership of any payment method used before processing a withdrawal.
PHCAH offers voluntary deposit limits that players can set from their account settings. Once a deposit limit is set, it cannot be increased immediately — any increase to a deposit limit takes effect only after a 24-hour cooling period. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately. PHCAH encourages all players to set deposit limits as part of responsible gaming practice.
Withdrawal requests can be submitted at any time from your PHCAH account wallet. The minimum withdrawal is ₱200. PHCAH targets the following processing timeframes once a withdrawal request is approved:

Bonus funds credited to your PHCAH account carry a wagering requirement — expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20×) — that must be completed before any winnings attributable to bonus funds can be withdrawn. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus with a 20× wagering requirement requires ₱20,000 in qualifying wagers to be placed before those winnings are transferable to your withdrawable balance.
Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion, the following rates apply on PHCAH:
Bonus funds and their associated wagering requirements expire 30 days from the date of crediting unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms. Upon expiry, uncompleted bonus funds and any associated winnings are removed from your balance. Real-money funds deposited remain unaffected.
PHCAH monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including low-risk betting strategies designed to complete wagering requirements without genuine play, placing offsetting bets across multiple accounts, or systematic exploitation of bonus terms. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse may have bonuses voided, winnings forfeited, and accounts closed at PHCAH's sole discretion.
All casino games available on PHCAH are supplied by certified third-party studios. Game outcomes are determined by independently tested and certified RNG (Random Number Generator) systems. PHCAH does not own, develop, or manipulate the outcomes of any game hosted on the platform. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are sourced from certified provider audits and represent theoretical long-term average returns — they do not guarantee specific results in any individual session.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — such as a disconnection, display error, or system failure — the game round in question will be resolved based on server-side records of the session state at the time of the malfunction. If a round cannot be resolved, the stake placed for that round will be returned to your balance. PHCAH is not liable for losses claimed to result from alleged game malfunctions where server records show a valid round completion.

Live in-play betting markets at PHCAH reflect real-time event progression. PHCAH reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time for any reason, including but not limited to significant score changes, red cards, injuries, or system maintenance. Bets placed before a suspension is confirmed remain valid.
The following activities are expressly prohibited on PHCAH and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

Common grounds for action include but are not limited to: violation of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, unverified identity after request, chargebacks, and self-exclusion requests from the player. Where closure is initiated by PHCAH without cause attributable to the player, any real-money balance will be returned via the player's registered withdrawal method.

Before closure, any pending bets are settled normally and any withdrawable balance is returned to your registered payment method. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements are forfeited upon account closure at the player's request.
